Assistant Dean of Weixian College of Tsinghua University, tenured associate professor at the School of Integrated Circuits. He has been selected for the National High-Level Talent Program and the National Young Talent Program. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and his Ph.D. and postdoctoral training from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan. He previously served as a Senior Staff Engineer at Apple Inc. headquarters in the United States. Since 2019, he is with the Department of Microelectronics and Nanoelectronics (now the School of Integrated Circuits), Tsinghua University, focusing on wireless transceiver design and system integration. He leads a series of national scientific research projects and serves as a TPC member of ISSCC. He is also an IEEE SSCS Distinguished Lecturer and holds editorial roles as associate editor or guest editor for journals including JSSC, SSC-L, and the Journal of Semiconductors.
