Professor Hong Bo is the Dean of Weixian College, Tsinghua University and a Professor at School of Medicine. He received his Doctoral Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2001. From 2004 to 2005, he was a visiting scholar at School of Medicine, Johns Hopkins University, USA. Since 2005, he has been teaching in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at School of Medicine,Tsinghua University’s . He is currently a tenured professor and also serves as Deputy Director of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence,Tsinghua University and a researcher at the IDG/McGovern Institute for Brain Research at Tsinghua. He previously served as an editorial board member for journals such as IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering and Frontiers in Neuroscience.
